High Pressure 12 volt 14 bar 10L/m Diaphragm Pump

When you need serious pressure from a compact 12V pump, this High Pressure Diaphragm Pump delivers up to 10 litres per minute at a maximum pressure of 14 bar (200 PSI).

Designed for mobile and high-pressure applications, it's a practical choice for portable car wash systems, carpet cleaning machines, agricultural sprayers, patio misting systems, sweepers and general mobile water transfer.

The pump runs from a 12V DC power supply and features a five-chamber diaphragm design, automatic pressure switch and automatic flow control. It is also self-priming up to 1.5 metres, making it easier to incorporate into a variety of mobile water systems.

With its compact design, stainless steel shaft and rubber mounting feet, the pump provides powerful performance while remaining easy to install and transport.

Caution:

This high-pressure diaphragm pump is designed for intermittent use only.

• Operate for approximately 30 minutes ON followed by 20 minutes OFF to allow the motor to cool towards ambient temperature.

• Avoid frequent start-and-stop cycling, as excessive cycling can shorten the life of the pressure switch.

• Check your system carefully for leaks. Poor connections, unsuitable fittings, leaking valves or taps that do not close properly can cause the pump to repeatedly cycle.

• Ensure the pump receives the correct 12V DC power supply. Low voltage can prevent the pump from reaching its cut-off pressure, causing it to run continuously and potentially overheat.

• The automatic pressure switch cuts the pump off at approximately 13 bar, depending on system conditions.

WARNING:

This pump is not designed for continuous operation. Running it continuously or against excessive resistance can cause the motor to overheat and may result in damage.

The pump produces up to 200 PSI (14 bar), so all hoses, fittings, clamps and other components used in the system should be suitable for high-pressure operation.

Viton seals make the pump suitable for compatible liquids within a pH range of approximately 4–11.

Note:

• Secure clamps should be used on tubing due to the high operating pressure.

• Use a suitable flexible high-pressure hose.

• Avoid kinks and unnecessary restrictions in the pipework.

• Mount the pump in a vertical position.

• Rubber feet help reduce operating noise and vibration.

• The stainless steel shaft provides added durability for high-pressure applications.
