High-Pressure 7 Bar Misting System Diaphragm Pump 5L/M

The XDC-3203 High-Pressure Diaphragm Pump is a compact and powerful 12V DC pressure pump designed for applications where reliable water flow and high pressure are needed.

Delivering up to 5 litres per minute with a maximum pressure of 7 bar (100 PSI), it's a practical choice for portable car wash systems, carpet cleaning machines, agricultural sprayers, misting systems and a variety of water transfer applications.

The XDC-3203 is self-priming up to 1 metre and features an automatic pressure switch that controls the pump according to demand. Its three-diaphragm design provides consistent pressure, while the pump can also run dry without damaging the motor.

Compact, portable and fitted with rubber mounting feet to help reduce vibration and noise, it's an easy pump to incorporate into mobile and fixed pressure systems.

Intermittent Use:

The XDC-3203 is designed for intermittent operation rather than continuous use. For best performance and motor protection, operate the pump for approximately 30 minutes followed by a 20-minute cooling period, allowing it to return towards ambient temperature.

WARNING:

• This pump is not designed for continuous operation. Extended use under high resistance can cause the motor to overheat and may result in damage.

• Secure hose clamps are required due to the pump's high operating pressure.

• Avoid restricting or kinking the inlet and outlet hoses.

• Install the pump in a vertical position and use a suitable flexible high-pressure hose.

• Always ensure hoses, fittings and other components are rated for the operating pressure of the system.

Additional Features:

The XDC series uses a three-diaphragm design and an automatic pressure switch to control pressure up to 100 PSI (7 bar).

Viton seals allow the pump to handle suitable liquids within a pH range of approximately 4–11, while the stainless steel shaft provides additional durability for high-pressure applications.

An anti-airlock design helps maintain consistent pressure, while the rubber mounting feet help reduce vibration and operating noise.
