Need high pressure without using large volumes of water? This 24V Double Head Diaphragm Pump is designed for applications where controlled flow and strong pressure are important, including high-pressure misting systems, greenhouse humidification, mobile water systems and small water supply setups.

The pump delivers a working pressure of 4.8 bar (80psi) with a flow rate of 2.4L/min. Its double diaphragm wet-end design makes it particularly useful for fine misting applications where multiple small misting nozzles need to be supplied with consistent pressure.

For misting setups, the tubing can be looped between the double-head outlets and used with up to 20 × 0.2mm in-line misting nozzles. This helps produce a fine mist while keeping overall water consumption relatively low.

INSTALLATION:

For a double-head installation, connect the twin inlets together using a suitable manifold pipe and T-piece to feed the pump from a single water supply.

For misting applications, the tubing can be looped between the double-head outlets and connected to compatible in-line misting nozzles.

Always ensure that your tubing, fittings, transformer and other components are rated for the pump's operating pressure and electrical requirements.
